The Data Subject will also have the right to request data portability pursuant to art. 20 GDPR; may exercise the right to object to the treatment pursuant to art. 21 par.1 GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Data Protection Authority) (Article 77 GDPR).
The interested party may also withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of consent statements made before the entry into force of the GDPR. In this case, the revocation will be effective only for the future and will have no effect on the processing that took place before the same.
Automated decision-making processes and profiling
In the relations with the user, no automated decision-making process, including profiling, is used, pursuant to Article 22 of the GDPR.
